Return Policy
Effective Date: January 25, 2026
At Supreme Customs STL, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products, and there are no exceptions.
If a product is defective or fails due to a manufacturing issue, please take advantage of our Warranty Policy listed above. Warranty claims will be handled according to the procedures outlined in that policy.

Warranty Policy
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, reach out to us using the contact info at the bottom of this page and provide the following:
- Order number (format: “0000SC”) – for in-person purchases, please include your email or phone number.
- Photo or video evidence showing the issue or failure.
- Brief description of the ongoing problem.
GENERAL INFO
All Supreme Customs STL products come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or natural failure.
Having an issue with a product purchased from us? Email us at supremecustomsstl@gmail.com or use another contact option at the bottom of this page. Include your order number, detailed description, and pictures if possible.
This warranty applies to all Supreme Customs STL products for the original purchaser and lasts for the duration of ownership starting from the purchase date.
WHAT’S COVERED (SUPREME CUSTOMS STL PRODUCTS)
At our discretion, we will evaluate warranty claims and determine if they are approved. We may request additional information, which can include returning the item to us at the customer’s expense.
If a claim is approved, we may:
- Repair or replace the defective product at no charge with the same product or an item of equal value.
- Issue store credit toward other products if the original item is no longer available.
- Provide a replacement or similar item for discontinued products, or issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims (order number “#0000SC”).
For warranty claims made more than 30 days after purchase, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
International orders are subject to shipping costs for warranty claims.
Wheel light failures will typically be replaced with a strip unless the full ring has failed.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS (OTHER BRANDS)
We also sell products from other brands, such as LOWGLOW and Sick Diesel Gear. Please note: our limited lifetime warranty only covers products manufactured by Supreme Customs STL.
Products from other manufacturers are covered only under their own warranty. We cannot override or extend those terms, but we can assist in connecting you to the manufacturer if needed.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED / WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not cover:
- Modifying, altering, or dismantling any product.
- Improper installation or failure to follow instructions.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or acts of God.
- Transfer or resale of the product (warranty applies only to the original purchaser).
- Failure to provide proof of purchase.
- Refusal or inability to provide requested documentation.
- Returning merchandise damaged or materially different than sold.
- Excessive or repeated claims raising concerns of potential fraud.
- Unauthorized cutting or modification of plug-and-play products.
- Failure to maintain products (e.g., wheel light brackets, magnets).
WARRANTY ABUSE / FRAUD POLICY
Supreme Customs STL reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in bad faith. Examples include:
- Multiple claims for the same product without returning the defective item.
- Refusal to return allegedly defective items when requested.
- Claims lacking evidence or showing inconsistent details.
- Excessive or repeated claims from the same individual or account.
We may require the return of any defective item before issuing replacements or credits. Failure to provide the requested product may result in denial of the claim.
In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, Supreme Customs STL reserves the right to suspend or terminate warranty privileges, cancel future support, and/or refuse service or sales.
